There is indeed more flavour in unhealthy food, but it's very heavy and the natural taste of the food is often masked. Start by introducing healthy food at home in creative ways with minimal seasoning. Once you have been eating clean for a while, you'll realise that a lot of food sold outside is extremely salty. Our children's taste buds are even more sensitive than ours. It's quite hard to persuade people to do something if they don't actually want to do it themselves already.

You can involve your chidlren in healthy choices for eg : 1 . Talk to your children about what they would like to have in their lunchbox. Discuss healthier food and drink choices and decide what will be in the lunchbox together. 2 . Write a shopping list together. Take your children shopping with you and let them choose foods and drinks from the shopping list 3 . teach them benefit of being healthy and having healthy diet

It's good to start the habit at home - have healthier snacks at home that she'll get used to and look for when she's out. Pack her some healthy snacks so she gets used to having them at school as well. It's good to explain to her why she should choose healthy options - she'll have more energy to play/study, etc.
