Thankfully now there's a huge body positivity conversation going on in the internet. Why are pointed noses more desirable than flatter noses? It's all about getting them to question their notions of what is or isn't beautiful.

Show them pictures of other beautiful celebrities, both local and international, that do not have fair skin and sharp features. Beauty exists in so many forms and people can be beautiful without those stereotypical standards of beauty. Most importantly, inner beauty is something that they should strive for, not just the physical -- everything else will fade but not the beauty within :)
