How to cure constipation during pregnancy?

This might sound really commonsensical but I found that when I made the effort to drink at least 2L of water a day, it helped to move my bowels. Also due to GD I had to stop snacking on chips and junk food and that together with the increased intake of water helped to overcome constipation. FYI I experienced constipation throughout my first and second trimester, only managed to figure out how to resolve it in my third trimester. Hope this works for you too!

Drink lots of fluid & fibres. Pregnant women need to drink 2l/per day. Helps for me. I've no constipation so far & I'm in the 2nd tri.

I drink vitagen! Hahaha!! My excuse for drinking cold beverage at home!! Of course plenty of water helps too..

Prune juice or prune, pears, lots of fluid. If all fails you can take Duphalac

I’m currently spamming min 2l of water daily! Sometimes drink Yakult hahah
