First Trimester
How do you cope with your first trimester? Currently, I just feel so tired, nauseated.. I cant eat anything without feeling like vomiting. But I'm also hungry. What do you guys recommend? Update: Thank you everyone for the lovely reply and support! ❤
try those oatmeal hot drink or milo with biscuit, when i feel nausea i stop eating and walk around then when it goes away i take another bite and keep repeating 😂
I didn’t have any morning sickness but having digestive issue. After few bites feel like burping but can’t. Thus it limits the quantity of my meal.
im on 6weeks, feel nothing yet but i have spotting for few days no cramping nothing,been to gynae, gave me injection and meds. is this normal?
same as me...I just keep my stomach with little meal 2-3 hours once.. divide the food to several portions.. good luck.. me as well

I have the same issue. I just crave for tomato-ey things. So pasta works for me. Try to eat things that appeals to you.
Newborn stage are like that.. tired, just plain tired. But everything will pass soon. Have small frequent meal. Jiayou!
Biscuits help. Nibble them when hungry. You just need to live one day at a time till you pass your first trimester
Try to eat sour candy alrite to ease nausea 😊 N be strong maybe on your 2nd trimester should be okay 😊..
Also important to take folic acid daily during the first trimester.
