Calculate from the start - I also had this question last time. But the X hrly that u are pumping at can only be more accurate that way as there will be times when u pump more or pump less or hand express some etc. so a clearer guide and easier to count will be at the start

Yes it is suppose to be that way. Boobs are always producing milk. But ur pump sessions may be long or short. So it's like a reminder to pump every time it's 3hrs, eg 9am, 12pm, 3pm etc. it's not abt accumulating more so that u can pump more in each session...but to pump often so that u can produce more - base on supply demand of the milk production logic...then u can have more overall

From the start of the pump. So assuming you are planning to pump 3hrly and you start pumping at 1pm, then your next pump session will be at 4pm regardless of how long you pump.

Is there any reason why it should be calculated at start of pump? Cos I assume end of pump is like u clear everything and then it sort of "restarts" ??

Start of your pump
