It is ok, just make sure you re-heat the foods properly and thoroughly to kill off any bacteria/germ. But if possible do try to eat fresh foods😁 Be a happy mama. Happy mama, healthy baby. Take good care and God bless you and baby.

Best not to as the nutrients are gone by then which your baby needs the nutrients for their growth and development. What you eat is what your baby is absorbing.
