Drinking water

Hie momy Do I have to keep drinking Hot water throughout... My delivery was in November end 22nd 2019, and now since its getting hot n humid m not able to have it... Can I start with normal water... Please suggest

Ya sure but boiling water and then bring it to room temperature then it will be not hot for you and can drink it as normal temperature.
