Hie momy Do I have to keep drinking Hot water throughout... My delivery was in November end 22nd 2019, and now since its getting hot n humid m not able to have it... Can I start with normal water... Please suggest

Any of your family members could help you? Or hire temp nanny for couple months? Or full time helper? Try not to bend down so much, you need to rest as much as you can.
