1. Avoid stress as possible 2. Eat healthy foods only. Maging conscious sa kinakain 3. Rest well 4. Be positive always 5. Most importantly, give value on medical care (OB) for both of you ni baby. Monthly check ups and vitamins. Hope it will help you. 😊

Sundin mo lang mommy lahat ng advice ni ob and kumain po ng masusustansyang food. Also, matulog narin ng matulog kasi di mo na magagawa yan kapag lumabas na yung baby mo, hehe. Enjoy the journey of your pregnancy, congrats and god bless! πŸ’™

Relax at uminom ng prenatal vitamins. Dapat pa-check na rin sa doktor para makarekomenda siya ng prenatal vitamins.
