1st Time Preggy
Hi mga mamsh. 1st time ko po mag ka baby. Any suggestions po or advice. Especially sa pag kain and maintaining healthy body. Salamat mga mamsh ??

Hi. First time mom din ako. :) Exciting diba? Hehe. I always ask other moms din for tips and advice. Walking every morning. Buko/coconut water and Yakult/probiotics lagi. Pineapple juice every once in a while. I try to avoid coffee and tea muna (Ask your OB kung ano mga pwede sayo and hindi na foods ) I also make sure na I eat at least 2 kinds of fruits every day. Sabaw as much as possible. I use organic shampoo muna habang preggy ( you can find cheap but good ones sa watsons ). Carefull sa mga gagamitin mong lotions and makeups. Kung maari organic or yung pang baby. Always check the ingredients! Avoid pwede mo isearch yung mga chemicals na dapat iwasan. When in doubt, wag maghesitate na magask sa OB. Just enjoy your pregnancy :)
