I just found this nice Indian lady, poonam, who teaches your help any Indian or Indonesian dishes. The class is about 3 hours long and she does it one-to-one with your help at her place in Simei. Her prices are $60 for the class. Drop me a message if you want her contact. So far my help has learnt how to make chicken burger, chicken keema with roti, chicken curry, Chana Dahl and dahl rice.

Hi Juliana, there is definitely a lot of 'enrichment classes' for your foreign domestic worker in Singapore. I can recommend you this article for a start http://sg.theasianparent.com/enrichment-classes-for-your-domestic-helper/2/

You can also try dining inspirations. Chef Deepti used to be a chef at yantra. She specializes in Thai, Indian and Mexican cooking and charges $100 per class. https://www.facebook.com/Dining-Inspirations-Cookery-School-344067912347379/
