Normal panadol/paracetamol is safe to take. If you are having flu, remember to wear mask while latching. If you have sore breasts, it might be a mastitis symptoms (other signs include red breasts). http://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mother/mastitis/

You can take paracetamol and continue to breastfeed. Small amounts will appear in your breast milk but it will not affect baby. http://www.nhs.uk/chq/Pages/2458.aspx?CategoryID=73&SubCategoryID=107

Yes, you can take paracetamol. Only a small amount gets into your breastmilk and it's unlikely to harm your baby.

Normal panadol and nothing more. If it persist please see a doctor and do not self medicate. Get better soon!

thanks
