Helo mommies??Nak tanya macam mna nak kurangkann kadar gula ya??Sebab kadar gula sy 7.5 tapi nak kurangkan juga takut kencing manis???selain dari kurangkan mkn mknan manis apa lagi yang boleh kita buat??thanks mommies yang bagi pendapat?❤
