Its normal to feel woosy and sick on your first trimester but when u get sick like a fever, better visit your OB bc it could affect your baby.

it could be because you are restless. try taking a good rest and making sure you get enough sleep. if it persists, consult your ob.

Getting sick while you are pregnant can affect your unborn baby.. please visit your OB as soon as you can.
