I still believe on the natural way of proper diet and regular exercise. Proper diet - 3x a day meal Exercise - 30 minutes a day 3-4x a week. Can be dancing, Routinary Sets of Exercise, Cardio (Walking, Bike, Treadmill), any exercise that you feel like doing. Safest and Healthier
