Hello guys I have a question,i found out that I was 5months pregnant in July,but the confusing part is I had a fight with my bf in March 21 and we broke up I had a miscarriage few days after,i haven't been with anyone since then.... Os it possible that I was pregnant with twins if soo why did the nurse not see it.

I lost alot of blood,when I got to the clinic the nurse told me it's a miscarriage,but to my surprise they didn't do womb scrubbing that's why I am so surprised.
