Yup the young Thai coconuts are the recommended type. You can get them from NTUC or any major supermarkets. Just take note although the juice is "cooling" but the meat is "heaty". I took both anyway. Baby came out very clean. :)

Green coconut is better as it is not so sweet as those small Thai young coconut, especially u are in high risk of gestational diabetes where u need to control the sugar intake from fruits as well.

Young coconut is better and shouldn’t eat the meat because it has a lot of fat and will make more weight ☺️
