No heartbeat. No implantations.

No heartbeat at 5 weeks, 5 days. Gestational sac and yolk sac found but no embryo yet. Does this mean blighted ovum or unsuccessful pregnancy? ?

ako mamsh unang check up ko 6weeks two sac found no embryo din, den by 8 weeks my heart beat na and twins sila😊
