Is it painful?is it radiating? Is it increasing in frequency and duration? If all yes time your contraction within 10 mins( how many times and how many seconds each contraction last) and go to nearest hospital. Sometimes it is painless contraction (braxton hicks). Sometimes the contraction is real we called it as thereatened preterm labour (it can be due to urinary tract infection, vaginal infection, or unknown cause which hospitalisation is needed to prevent u from giving birth preterm)
