Got clean his eyes with clean Handkerchief & just plain water? If still persist quickly go see PD.
Could it be a stye? Perhaps bring your LO to the doctor to ensure it’s nothing serious?
Could be due to saliva or dust. Wipe regularly with water and cloth.
I suggest bring to PD since its already 3 days
Best to bring your baby to the pediatrician
