Teary eye in 2 months old

Hi all mummies. I have a 2 month old who has been having more tears from one eye compared to the other since birth. Her eye is not infected or red or swollen. But when she cries one eye has much more tears. Visited the dr but was told there was nothing wrong with her eye. Has anyone encountered this before?
