I had GDM when i had my 2nd child. I was referred to a diabetologist, and the diabetologist helped me with my GDM by referring me to a nutritionist for the proper diet and management of food and i was also prescribed with insulin shot.
Hellooooo im 6 months preg na poπ, ask ko lang po, healthy ba si baby pag buong araw sya malikot? At halos araw araw na? Then pag mejo nakakarami po ako ng kain sumasakit sikmura ko yung para syang naiipit, normal lang po ba yun?
Do track your sugar level after every meals. And note down everything you eat. If you see spike in your sugar level then you can cut down on that food. Avoid outside food whenever possible. Cut down on oil, sugar and carbs.
Switch to low G.I food. If rice u can switch to basmati or ponni rice or even brown rice instead of usual white rice.. There are also low G.I breads avail.. Cut down on sugar intake..sodas..flavored drinks..avoid oily n fried foods too..
U cn start slow by diluting ur flavored drinks like for me i drink kopi or tea kosong.. maybe milo diluted half cup milo other half plain water mix. Dnt need to be strictly plain water..ur body still need sugar
feeling ko ako meron kasi sa urinalysis ko meron nakita na sugar sa wiwi ko, kumakain ako ng 3pcs na dahon ng insulin plant sa umaga and gabi, nxt week pa ako mag papa lab sana naman wala ako. pero malakas feeling ko na meron
25 weeks and GDM here.. Diet controlled No Sugar and rice. More on whole wheat bread and naked oatmeal... Limit in fruits more on vegetables... More on water. I do zumba exercise.
Forever na po ba yan or mawawala after pregnancy?
Isa rin po ako na may gestational diabetes umabot po sa 171 yung sa akin. First baby ko po ito and mahilig ako sa sweets. Pinag diet ako kasi bumigat ako agad and kailangan iwasan ang mga carb at sweets.

Hello ako meron ngayon 6mos preggy. Yung pang gabi lang yung mataas sa akin. Ang kinakain ko na lang is oatmeal and skyflakes tapos inom ng gatas. Nung isang gabi 171 mataas sugar ko tapos kagabi 84 normal na π
Hi. 6 months pregnant po ako. Sino po nakaexperience dito ng moderate to severe itchiness all over the body? Any suggestion on what to do po to ease the itchiness?
Diet control with Herbalife shake.. but I not drink always.. just morning and skip one or two days.. because i still worry about future skin baby soon. Btw.. it's been work when I drink Herbalife shake...
