hai smue sy nk tnye...mengeras dn skit bwh hmpir kerap tande nk berslin ke..tpi belum kluar tnde..just skit spertu snggugut smse perut mengera dtg yng kjp2 tpi hmpir stu stgh ari tk hilang skitnye bersme mengeras..mintk pencerahan #pleasehelp #ingintahu

Either ibu going through Braxton Hicks (false contractions) or early labor contractions. Kalau perut ibu mengeras setiap 30 minit, 25 minit, and semakin kerap and cepat maksudnya ibu going through early labor contractions then ibu boleh ke hospital dulu utk check bukaan cervix. Ibu boleh check juga kalau dah keluar mucus plug (lendir tebal keputihan kekuningan ataupun campur dgn darah). Air ketuban x semestinya akan pecah sendiri and cepat, kadang2 ia x kan pecah sampai doctor kena pecahkan sendiri ya. Jangan risau, ibu boleh start clock in timing perut mengeras and you will go through a smooth delivery 🙏🏻🤲🏻
