Is Anarex safe for pregnancy?

Had high fever of 40.3°C last nite. Trembling n cold shivers. Went to hospital. Gave me paracetamol n drip. Drew out blood etc. Went for chest x-ray.. Was discharged early in the morning.. now started to feel dizzy n muscle pain..mostly my back.. may i know is it safe for us to consume anarex to relieve this pain? Currently am 30 weeks..
