Hi guys who having gdm ade sesiapa go through process ni tak... My bsp Reading is OK but still doc nak confirm by blood sugar test untuk ni tak perlu puasa ? rasa stress sungguh how to prepare for this my blood sugar test will be next week ?
Do u mean HbA1c? It is a normal process sis.. xperlu prepare apa² sbb reading utk test ini depends pd pemakanan kita for the whole past 3 months sbb life span of a red blood cell is 90-120 days.. if ur result less than 5.4%, so u dont have any diabetic problem..
Incase the result is abnormal, doc will declare u as a diabetic patient, not gdm.. yes, doc will prescribe meds for u.. tp if normal, consider as gdm n continue with bsp shj la unless bsp abnormal baru doc akn buat conclusion utk on meds atau insulin..
