Congrats! Go see the gynae asap to get your folic acid tablets Don’t eat - mayonnaise (only Kewpie as it’s pasteurise egg) or food that contain raw eggs (only eat 100% cooked eggs) - spicy (might cause bloatedness) - try to avoid stairs (prevent fall) - certain fish like tuna has high mercury

Avoid raw or undercooked food including deli meat as it poses a risk of listeria or salmonella infection. Have more rest and minimise movement during the first trimester. Take folic acid as well. Limit intake of cold drinks if possible.

Diff pregnancy is diff. Some might say cannot eat this and that, but to some they have no problem. Just follow ur gynae advise and dun skip ur prenatal vitamins!

Congratulations!! There are loads of information on the internet so dont worry. First of all, do maintain a well balanced diet and rest well!

Take folic acid. If u always have had an active lifestyle, u can maintain or do it at its bare minimum. Avoid raw food.

Congrats! If you face any problems feel free to share here. Meantime try to avoid raw food and drink more warm water.

Congrats. Be happy and not carry heavy items. Not overworks. Don't stress. Dun eat raw food. The rest as usual.
