struggling

Could it be that he cannot get the milk? For avent there is a teat for 1m+ which he should be using already. My girl tried the anti-colic avent milk bottle, she will struggles and fuss around as the flow is much slower then refuses to drink and just cries non stop.

You probably need to try paced bottle feeding. Can google and see Youtube videos on how to do it.

Can try pigeon for newborn. I think it might be better.

Try changing another bottle. My baby is using pigeon

Try Tommee Tippee or Pigeon
