Vomiting Issue, Can I Eat Asam Or Jeruk?

Good Morning Dearest Mommies. Anyone Know How I Can Reduce Or Overcome My Frequent Vomiting? I'm 10 Weeks Pregnant And I'll Vomit Everytime I Eat ? Is It Normal? As When I Conceived My 2 Kids Before, Didn't Go Thru This Situation. Any Tips? Would Be Happy If Anyone Can Suggest Me Something To Eat Or Do.

i had a same situation too 😭. feel so hungry, but no appetite to eat anything. i will vomit everytime i eat 🤢i'm 6weeks 4days now 🤧
