Good evening po! Any tips po para bumaba ang sugar? Medyo mataas daw po kasi ung sugar ko as per my OB, 31weeks pregnant po ako,

Tama tips na eat small frequent meals. 3meals, 3 snacks. Try mo din brown rice. Ration your carbohydrate intake per meals. Di okay sabay sabay tinapay, rice, milk or chocolate drink, dapat pick only one per meal. Take into consideration that starchy vegi. are also carbo. example of this are corn, potato, sweet potato, etc. and should be eaten in moderation with rice. Drink plenty of water and exercise as well. Good luck.
