Good evening po! Any tips po para bumaba ang sugar? Medyo mataas daw po kasi ung sugar ko as per my OB, 31weeks pregnant po ako,

Hello, Okra at ampalaya have blood sugar lowering properties Kaya suitable Sa buntis. Mayroon din itong Folic acid at vitamins na nakakabuti kay baby. Eat 5 times a day small meals. No preservatives ex. Tocino, hotdog, Tapa kasi high sugar. Replace sugar with stevia kung nagkakape ka Don't diet because you still need nutrients. Iwasan mo lang ang kumain ng tinapay na may added sugar o palaman na matatamis. Eat more fruits na pwedeng I shake, pero wag lagyan ng asukal. Hinog na fruits is okay.
