good evening mga momshie.ask ko lang first time ko lang kasi magagamet yung sss maternity loan ko,sa mga nakagamet na po ilang months na dpat yung pagbubuntis bago magrequest?.ano requirements?..magkano at kelan makukuha yung pera?..sorry dami ko question..salamat sa magrereply?

Momsh based sa website ng SSS dapat within 60days after conception makapagsubmit ka ng Maternity Notification Form & Proof of Pregnancy (Ultrasound Report) sa employer mu or if voluntary member sa SSS branch mismo. After ng delivery magsubmit ka naman ng 1. Maternity Reimbursement Form 2. Duly stamped na Maternity Notification Form rcvd by SSS 3. Certified true or authenticated copy of duly registered birth certificate. 4. Certified true copy of operating room record/surgical memorandum. (CS) Please note na dapat meron kang at least 3 months contribution within 12 months prior to delivery to qualify. Tapos kung madami ka naman na na-contribute get the 6 highest contribution divide by 180 multiplied by 60 (normal) or 78 (cs) para malaman mu how much yung makukuha mu 😉

Check mu sa HR nyo momsh kung may forms na silang available para hindi mu na kailangang pumunta sa SSS. Usually naman kasi for regular employees, ang company na ang nag aasikaso lahat. Kaya sa kanila ka din mag submit ng forms and requirements tapos sila muna magbabayad sayo bago ka mag leave kapag manganganak ka na 😉
