Episiotomy

Good evening mga mommies! I just wanted to ask if episiotomy is really necessary for first child birth? I wanted to not do it as much as possible. Any advice po? Thank you!

Depende kasi talaga yan kung paano lalabas si Baby eh. pero kung need na talaga, huwag mo i-risk yung paglabas ni baby.
