No check up

Good day I feel so worried about my baby in tummy 19 years old is my age I'm still studying I don't know that I'm pregnant until March I decided to make a pregnancy test and the result is positive I don't have prenatal check up nor vitamins or injection for baby I just calculated the last day of my mens and I'm so worried for the safety and health of my baby. I can't go to hospital nor center because until now we're lockdown?
