Nighttime potty training

Good afternoon everyone! I would like to ask when you started potty training your kids at night? My son is 5 years old and we still let him wear diaper at night when he sleeps. How did ypu do it and when did you do it?

Ang naging effective po saamin ay, bago matulog (as in bago matulog), pinapa-wiwi ko muna si baby. And mas maraming liquid sa morning.
