This is a very common problem. I have this issue with my older daughter too. And yet, now that they are used to it we can’t take away their phones or laptops completely. The best thing is to first have an open discussion with her on her habits. Try not to scold her. Discuss about how these habits are causing her harm. Arrive at a mutually agreeable decision like 30 min each day etc. Show her that you are not her enemy, and you are with her all the way.

Accdg to my techy husband.. There's a parental control or security setting in most of the routers. You can either block or limit internet access or jam access (slow it down) of a specific device (mac address). Even if they are logged in to your wifi, they cant access the internet.

The ideal solution is to giving her access to mobile devices on a rationed basis. That after she finishes her work, she can watch YouTube for 30 minutes. Inculcating this discipline is key and should help.
