Any generic medicines for a 2-year old child's fever?

Paracetamol, acetaminophen, ibuprofen are some of the generics that can be given to two-year-olds to treat fever. But of course, be sure to ask your pedia first before administering medication to your child.

Aside from the medicines that can be bought over the counter, we also opt for the home remedy like giving a half bath to kids and sometimes we also use koolfever because it is a hassle-free patch :)

Just do the traditional way of punas punas at lagay ng bimbong semi-basa sa noo. It will help relieve the fever. Alternative din sya sa coolfever e.

Usually, we give paracetamol to our 2-year old kids. I haven't tried generic brands though. I use Calpol or Tempra for my kids.

Safest would be non-oral meds like Koolfever. For any oral medication, it's best to consult your baby's pedia first.
