Gaano kayo kadalas mag bonding ng asawa nyo after nyo magkaroon ng anak?

As a couple, never na kaming nakapag bond since nagkaanak kami. We decided not to have a yaya so we are the only ones taking care of the kids. I know it is a must for couples to go out on a date regularly to strengthen the marriage, but in our case, we have to deal with whatever we have at the moment. Kids are our priority by choice.
