Yes pwede nyang gamitin yung father's surname as long as pumayag ang tatay ni baby na ipagamit. pipirma sya sa birth cert ni baby Illegitimate po ang tawag pag ang baby ay pinanganak at ang parents ay hindi kasal Kahit pa po na dala dala nya ang apelyido ng tatay nya as long as hindi kayo ikinakasal.
