Not married!!! How???

Ftm mom here 31 weeks ask ko lang mga mumsh pag hindi married tapos nanganak pede ba apelyido ng tatay ang gamitin sa birth certificate kahit hindi kasal??? Illegitimate ba lalabas sa birth certificate ng baby??? Tia💙

1. Your baby can use the surname of the father kung pipirma ang tatay ng acknowledgement sa likod ng birth certificate ni baby. 2. Yes, the status of your child is illegitimate since he/she was born out of wedlock however once na kasal na kayo magiging LEGITIMATED ang status ng anak nyo.

Yes they need to process hindi naman automatic na pag kinasal legitimated agad ang status ni baby.
