From 61kg to 64 kg in just one month. Mga momshie pahelp naman ano mga tips nyo para di ako masyado lumaki? 23 weeks preggy here. #1stimemom #pleasehelp

Half cup ng rice po ๐Ÿ˜… sa ulam ka po bumawi kung di kaya. tsaka apple po wag yung masyado matatamis na fruits. mabilis lng tlg makagutom pag less sa rice ๐Ÿ˜… meryenda na lang po kayo lagi ng healthy din (fruits/ vegetable salad) o kaya po hanap ka ng alternative sa rice like Mais na puti, kamote, kamonteng kahoy, Patatas.

half rice. more water intake. eat healthy snacks. and lakad2 kahut 30min lang para iwas constipation at pamamanas dn. hanggat maaga pwede na dn nman maglakad kasi kapag mas malaki na tyan mo mas mahihirapan kn dn maglakad..

Pinaka makaka help sau mamshie Less Rice mahirap man pero need talaga para di ka din prone sa GDM (gestational diabetic melitus) pwede mag rice pero talagang may sukat lang or in moderation.

hello.. oats po in the morning instead of rice or white bread.. and if macarbo yung eat ko sa lunch, like pancit, binabawasan ko nalang rice per my doc..

If you can't avoid rice and breads na mataas ang carbs syempre bukod sa sweets po ah. as per my OB you can switch to brown rice and wheat bread

omg same case tayo haha from 61kg to 65kg in just one month din pero now nakokontrol ko na kain ko ayoko kasi mac's ๐Ÿ˜…
