Primi@40 Warning: long read ahead.. 😘😘😘
Flex ko lang din delivery experience ko po. October 24 nang magpunta ako kay OB for a scheduled visit. Monitor nya kasi talaga ako at si baby kasi primi po - 1st pregnancy at 40y.o. with GDM plus pababa ng pababa bag of water ko na wala namang leak at closed pa cervix ko at 38 weeks. So just like me, gusto na din ng OB ko na makaraos na me. When she checked me that day, 1 cm na ako. Meron na din ako na fefeel na dysmenorrhea like pain pero tag 1 hour interval. From doc's clinic nag SM pa ako at lip para kain lunch and lakad2 for some stuff. Continuous lang yung nafefeel ko at bearable talaga lasting about 30 seconds to a minute with an hour or so interval. Actually, from 4am that day until hapon ganun na fefeel ko. I told my lip na if yung interval sa pain will be 15minutes nlang, we'll have to go to the hospital na. So everytime sumasakit, i'd ask for the time para pareho kaming aware. It was after dinner ng 7pm when we decided to go coz the pain elevated and halos 15minutes nalang interval. Dumaan kami sa ER ng Chong Hua medical hospital (Cebu City) where i showed them my OB's endorsement letter and dere-deretso na asikaso nila sa kin. So far, 1cm pa din ako. I was asked sa pain level from lowest 1 to 10, sabi ko mga 6 or 7 ceguro. At around 9pm, i thought makakauwi pa ako, pero my BP also elevated, for the first time, i read 120/90 umabot pa nga ng 140/90. So di na ako pinauwi. I asked for a pain reliever which they administered, shortly after pumutok na bag of water ko at 3cm. I asked for epidural pero di na xa advisable coz it will delay my labor daw kasi pumutok.na BOW. Instead, binigyan ako ng pampa contract pa para maka panganak na ako. When finally nag 9cm na ako, sobrang sobra na sakit. Hehe oh my, those contractions were terrible, pero kaya lang nating mga babae. You'll just want the pain to be over that you'll push harder. Hehe di ko makaka limutan doctor ko and her staff sa delivery room. Para silang cheering squad, encouraging me to push, they were rooting for me na as i lay there pushing, napapa more pa talaga sa effort ko. 'Mommy She, i can see his head now, go mommy, kaya mo yan! Push! 1 2 3! Go She! Go!!' oh God, i can never forget that moment, tas labas na si baby and dinig ko na iyak nya. Hehe true, it's all worth it. 😘😘😘 i'm grateful kay Dr. Myra Zamora at Chong Hua hospital who is also affiliated with CUPSI for taking care of me on my pregnancy journey and delivery experience. Nag doubt ako ng normal delivery, pero her guidance truly helped me make it happen. Oh, i forgot to mention PCOS patient nya din po ako for so many years. 😘 She's been an instrument for me to receive this little bundle of joy!💕 Goodluck po mga momshies! God bless! #1stimemom #firstbaby
