Dear mum, Lot of citrus fruits and fresh juice is very good for kids in summers. Also, if they like cold chocolate milk etc., that is also fine.

Better to feed fresh n healthy than oily deep fried food .. in this summer .. lots of water containing fruits n yogurt makes body cool
I made fresh fruits ice popsicle for my son and my whole family love it! Is easy and healthy. Include more fruits and vegetables.

Fish, fruit popsicles, vegetables.. all great stuff(:
Lots of fresh juices. watermelon and some yoghurt
I would say stick to water and Keep hydrated :)
