Hi Mummy, Please don't stress about it as it will affect you and your baby's health. It is best to visit a nutritionist and get a nutrition plan to follow. You need to make sure you are getting enough nutrition from sage sources. The best thing to do for the timebeing is cut out processed foods, pastries, cakes and other sweets and try to eat home made food as much as possible.

It’s important to take folic acid throughout the first trimester. Subsequently u will need to take omega 3 supplement plus multi vitamins as prescribed by the doctor. Do watch ur diet and avoid too sweet stuff to lower risk of gestational diabetes.:)

Gestational diabetes is quite common during pregnancy, especially the risk is higher for older mummies. Just watch your diet, keep carbo and sugar intake at reduced levels and u will be fine. It will go away after childbirth. :)

eat in moderation. I have gestational diabetes and baby was on a bigger side. took baby spinach salad 4 times a week and gain only 500gm for that month. it works for me to have a balance diet. you can do it..

i had gestational diabetes. i cut down a lot on my sweet drinks n eat in moderation. i also cut down my rice intake. eat more veg n protein. be happy
