Question: Spotting

First time mom here and I am 21 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I went to restroom just to pee and I was shocked when I saw my underwear with blood which it scares the out of me (i'll just drop the photo below). Is there something I should worry about? My ob is not replying to me for days. Now.. I'm being paranoid. I badly need your help :(

pacheck up u n po...i was happened to me 24weeks i undergoned cervical cerklage kasi ns 1.87 n c baby..Thanks God all is well as of now but totally bedrest for more than a month..

opo sis na cerclage aq nung 24 weeks ako kc nag 1cm ako.. at now 28 weeks intact naman po ceclage ko sa ultrasound ko.. may paninigas ako sa ibang side ng tyan ko no pain at nawawala naman agad.. may maintenance din po ako hanggang 37weeks
