It's my first time to have colds since I became pregnant. I rarely get one and I don't know what meds are safe for lactating women. Help?

Just to be on the safe side, I only take Vitamin C 1000mg, fruit juices, and more fluids. It's not really advisable to take over the counter meds when pregnant or lactating. Check with your OB as well for additional remedy.

Just use nasal spray especially if it's just runny nose. On several occasions that I have clogged nose, I just drink Neozep and I become better in a day or two

Please consult with your OB for prescription but for natural remedy i just drink a lot of water, eat fruits with vit c and double the dosage of your vit C...

I believe you may take decongestants like Neozep. In case you needed to be sure, check e-lactancia.com for a list of safe meds for lactating women.

For clogged nose, just use a saline nasal spray. Then get lots and lots of rest and drink water to be on the safe side.
