1ST TIME MOM

It's my first time getting pregnant at the age of 19. I used 2PT's, the result was Negative and the other one's positive so I'm not sure. Althou my tummy's bloated most of the time especially when I ate meals I feel like my round belly is not normal dahil din payat akong babae. I can't go to see a doctor or OB for check up dahil sa quarantine . Ano po ba Ang pwede ko munang i- intake na vitamins and also healthy foods ?

Folic acid for the first trisem yung nirereseta ni OB. Pwede yun mabili over the counter sa any pharmacy. Okay lang kahit anong brand as long as folic acid, yung nabibili ko sa TGP 6 pesos lang each. Kain ng healthy foods, fruits and veggies pampalakas immune system. Iwas sa raw foods and alcoholic beverages syempre. Sabi rin ng OB ko, avoid ko muna yung mga swimming lalo na yung hot temp like hot springs or sauna mga ganyan lalo na kapag nasa 1st trisem. Ingat kasi ito yung sensitive pa talaga na phase ng pagbubuntis to avoid miscarriage.
