I'm at 16 weeks and have this weird rash

Just a few days ago I've been itching around my back and torso area. And developed a rash. My ob-gyn is unavailable so I was just endorsed to internal medicine but they still didn't know what the rash was. Could this be harmful or a sign there is a problem with my baby?
