Maternity benefits (Singapore)

Hi fellow mummies, can you share what additional maternity benefits your company is providing (asides the basic 16weeks ML) and what industry you are in? Just feel that more and more companies are giving 6months ML, covered gynae cost, hospital bill etc.. Want to feedback same to my company as not much mums in the company. Thank you!

Unfortunately my company only has 16 weeks ML. Nothing additional, I’m a preschool teacher working in a well known preschool that has many outlets in Singapore. However both my colleague and principal managed to get additional 1-2 months no pay leave to spend more time with their baby at home.

my tech company gave 5 months ML and insurance coverage/reimbursement for natural birth as well as c-sect. other basic like childcare leave are given..ohh they gave a small company onesie, teething toy and towel as welcome arrival gift as their human touch.
