Very effective ung pag natutulog ka ipatong mo sa 2 unan ung paa mo. Namanas ako last week, after doing this for around 3 days, back to normal na ung paa ko. :)
Dont eat too much salty food, mag exercise din kahit walking.. Puro gulay muna sis.
