Cat scratched my 3 months old baby.

On the face. I was shocked when my mom shouted calling my name that her cat accidentally scratched my baby when running around. I just clean the scar on my baby's face and put some scar treatment. Hopefully there's no infection or permanent scarring. It was painful as I was scratched a few days back too, the nail was in my skin... the pain is coming from inside the skin. I cried as I don't mind feeling the pain but my baby? :( My mom won't allow me to give the cat up for adoption thou although when my baby was born.. a few days she was admitted back because of the cat fur. Argh... I don't know what to do
